How long do I have to request a return?You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

What conditions must items meet to be eligible for return?Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. You will also need to provide the proof of purchase.

How do I start a return process?Contact us at Claim@funwearcode.com. We do not accept returns that are sent without a prior request.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over $50.

When will I receive my refund?If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

Do you offer direct exchanges?No. All items are print-to-order with no in-stock inventory. The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original product and place a new separate order.

Can I cancel my order?Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, we can no longer cancel the order.

What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item?Contact us immediately at Claim@funwearcode.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Are there any non-returnable items or situations?We do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. We also cannot process returns for used items without original tags and packaging, or items damaged due to customer negligence.
